
General Rules for Participants
REGISTRATION
All participants must complete the registration process before the specified deadline.
On spot registration is available , must be done before 9:30 am on event day.
Participants must provide accurate personal and college details during registration.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Participants must carry a valid college ID card.
Registration confirmation or event pass must be presented when requested.
Entry may be denied if valid identification is not produced.
REPORTING TIME
Participants should report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to participate.
Events will start according to the official schedule.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards organizers, judges, volunteers, and fellow participants.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
Cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or the use of unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants must comply with all event-specific rules.
The organizers reserve the right to verify the originality of submitted work.
PARTICIPATION
Only registered participants are allowed to compete.
Team members cannot be changed after registration unless approved by the organizing committee.
Participants may enter two events only .
CAMPUS RULES
Participants must respect college property and facilities.
Littering and damaging campus property are strictly prohibited.
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted within the campus.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
The organizing committee is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
ORGANIZER'S RIGHTS
Photography and videography will take place during the fest.
By participating, attendees consent to the use of their photographs or videos for promotional and documentation purposes.
The judges' decisions are final and cannot be challenged.
Results will be announced according to the official schedule.
Prizes and certificates will be awarded only to eligible winners and participants.
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify event schedules, cash prizes , venues, or rules if required.
Any changes will be communicated through official announcements.
